[0001] FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a fastening device for cladding element on a joists. The invention will find for application the mounting and fixing of any type of cladding element such as blades to form a floor. BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY In the field of floors, especially for terraces, mounting is carried out from one end of the surface to be covered to the other by fixing a floor board as and when a rider, then another floorboard. Rider means a piece fixed to the ground and cooperating with the two adjacent blades to hold them fixed. This type of device has several drawbacks including the attachment of said rider directly on the upper face of a joist or a wooden battens, generating work tearing. This work tearing prematurely damages the fastening device in question due to repeated efforts in compression and / or traction exerted on the rider. Other devices provide for positioning two fasteners on the width of the same joists, when joining two blades. This therefore requires to provide a width of jamb at least twice the width of a fastener. This can also have the disadvantage of having to join two joists to be able to position two fasteners one next to the other. Fastening devices are also known comprising a clip having lateral wings adapted to be engaged in blade grooves and a screw passing through the clip to screw on the upper face of a joists. After installation of the cladding elements, these clips no longer allow access to the screw and make disassembly impossible or requires to resume the entire structure from the last laid blade. [0002] The use of this clip, however, limits to a well-defined choice of floorboards whose assembly grooves for the introduction of said clip have a profile adapted to the section of the wings thereof and determining with precision the height of the groove on the edge of the blade. [0003] In some versions the shape of the specific grooves also has the disadvantage of having to necessarily mount the blades in a specific direction, without any possibility of reversibility of blades. This clip also has the disadvantage, when positioned between blades, deform and come to bear on his heel at the upper face of the joist. This effect of "tailgating" induces a significant risk of loss of elasticity of the clip over time, and induces a lack of pressure force and thus maintains cladding elements. [0004] There is therefore the need to provide a fixing device for covering element sufficiently robust not to undergo deformation over time and cooperating with any type of trim element comprising, on their edge, grooves. [0005] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention makes it possible to solve all or at least a part of the disadvantages of known solutions by proposing a fixing device whose design allows fixing by mechanical clamping and shearing while adapting to any type of dressing element. [0006] The invention also makes it possible to use two small width joists, without having to join them when splicing two blades. More specifically, the invention relates to a device for fixing on an upper face of a cladding element of cladding each having at least one edge provided with a groove, said device comprising at least one body configured to be fixed on the lambourde (and a clamping means having a rod intended to cooperate with said body and with a head, the head being configured to cooperate with at least one groove of at least one dressing element for locking said dressing element The fixing device comprises at least one holding means intended to be inserted in part at least in the body and in a flank of the joists so as to ensure the attachment of the body to the side of the joists and that a traction or compression applied to said head exerts a shear stress at the holding means.A technical effect produced by the present invention is to strongly resist In particularly advantageous manner, the invention makes it possible to work in shear and not in tear-off which increases the holding force of the cladding elements and the resistance to the device. Another advantage of the invention is that the fixing device can be requested after the construction of the structure so as to increase the fixing forces of the cladding elements without dimensional limit. The invention also relates to an assembly comprising at least one fixing device, at least one covering element and at least one joists; the cladding element being held fixed on the joist by at least one fixing device according to the present invention. The invention further proposes a method of fixing at least one first cladding element on a joists by means of a fixing device according to that of the present invention. The method comprises at least: - a step of fixing at least one fastening device on a flank of the joist; a step of positioning the first cladding element with respect to an upper face of the joists, said upper face extending perpendicularly to the side of said joists, until the partial introduction of the head of the fixing device into a groove of the first cladding element; - A screwing step of the clamping means for locking said first covering element on the upper face of the joist. [0007] Advantageously, the fixing method according to the present invention is relatively simple and accessible for all types of users. It also does not require any constraint relative to the positioning of said device on a flank of the joist. [0010] DETAILED DESCRIPTION Before beginning a detailed review of embodiments of the invention, are set forth below optional features which may optionally be used in combination or alternatively: The body comprises at least one longitudinal opening intended to receive the clamping means. Advantageously, the clamping means does not cooperate with the upper face of the joist so as to minimize tearing work of said clamping means. - The body comprises a first face configured to bear on said flank of the joist. In a particularly advantageous manner, this attachment of the body to the flank of the joist makes it possible to promote a shearing force. The body preferably comprises at least one transverse opening, extending perpendicular to the axis of revolution of the longitudinal opening and from the first face to a second face of the body, opposite the first face. Advantageously, this opening is traversed by a holding means and allow said means to maintain the body on the side of the joist. - The fixing device comprises at least one holding means adapted to cooperate with said transverse opening. This holding means advantageously makes it possible to hold the fixing device on the side of the joist. Preferably, the holding means comprise a rod intended to penetrate the joists and extending in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the rod carrying the head of the clamping means extends. Preferably, the head intended to cooperate with a groove carried by the cladding element extends mainly in a plane. At least one holding means comprises a rod intended to penetrate the joists and which extends in a direction perpendicular to said plane of the head. Preferably, the holding means comprise a rod capable of traversing at least partially the thickness of the joist so as to ensure the maintenance of the body on the side of the joist. - The device comprises a first spacing or first distance L between a first holding means and the axis of the longitudinal opening and a second spacing or second distance I between a second holding means and the axis of the longitudinal opening; the difference between said first and second spacings or distances (L-I) being at least equal to the diameter of the rod of said holding means. Particularly advantageously, the holding means are arranged asymmetrically relative to the axis of the longitudinal opening. This advantageously avoids the holding means of a first fixing device to abut with the holding means of a second fixing device; said first and second fixing devices being positioned each on parallel facing flanks of the same joists. - The holding means comprise at one end of the rod, a head comprising a housing adapted to receive a drive tool. This facilitates the installation of the fastening device on the flanks of the joist. - The clamping means comprises on the underside of the head a relief. Advantageously, the relief makes it possible to increase the frictional forces with the groove of the covering element. In particular, the relief formed on the clamping means makes it possible to increase the punching and to favor the anchoring of the covering element. - Advantageously, the head of the clamping means comprises a housing adapted to receive a drive tool. - The body and at least the clamping means are preferably pre-assembled. According to a preferred embodiment, the holding means are also pre-assembled on the body. This pre-assembly advantageously facilitates and simplifies the establishment of fasteners on the joists or cleats. Particularly advantageously, the user will not have to resort himself to a step of assembling the various parts forming the fixing device. - Preferably, the body comprises a first face configured to bear on said flank of the joist. Advantageously, the first face of the body comprises at least one hooking means forming a projection. Particularly advantageously, the attachment means ensures a better maintenance of the body on the side of the joist. This attachment means forms, for example, an abutment is a relief on the first face of the body advantageously to increase the frictional forces between the body and the flank of the joists thereby promoting the maintenance of the body. According to one embodiment, in an assembly comprising at least a first and a second cladding element, the rod of the clamping means of the fixing device is configured so that its diameter represents a minimum spacing separating the first and second cladding elements. the second elements of dressing, positioning. Advantageously, the rod serves as a stop for the cladding elements. According to a preferred embodiment, prior to the screwing step, the method comprises a step of positioning a second dressing element until the partial introduction of the head of the device into the groove of said second element. dressing. According to a preferred embodiment, the step of positioning the first covering element is carried out until the covering element abuts against the rod of the clamping means. Preferably, the fixing step comprises translational training of the holding means by means of a drive tool so as to cross at least partially the thickness of the joists. The holding means can also be designated holding elements. In the following description, and preferably, the fastening device according to the invention is intended for the fastening of cladding element, preferably wooden boards for terrace floors. The fixing device according to the invention is able to cooperate with grooves formed on the edge of trim elements. The cladding elements may be pieces of various shapes, preferably flat and elongated such as panels, slats or blades. The cladding elements may, for example, be wood, metal, plastic. In the description which follows, the term "jamb" is used to describe any element having a face on which cladding elements are intended to bear. For example and in a nonlimiting manner, the terms jamb, batten, beam or bar are interchangeable in the present patent application and the invention applies to each of these terms and their synonyms. In the description that follows the expression "means for" may be replaced by the expression "element for". Figures la and lb illustrate a three-dimensional view of the fixing device 1 in an exemplary configuration, not limiting of the invention. The fixing device 1 comprises a body 20, a clamping means 10 and at least two holding means 30, 40. The body 20 is a single piece, preferably monolithic. It can be made of various materials, and preferably metal or metal alloy or folded sheet. It can also be made of plastic or resin. The body 20 is advantageously in the form of a prism, preferably triangular. The body 20 has a height in a direction z, preferably between 20 and 40 millimeters. The body 20 has a thickness in a direction y, perpendicular to the direction z, preferably between 5 and 20 millimeters. Advantageously, the body 20 comprises at least one longitudinal opening 21 intended to receive a clamping means 10 according to the invention, so as to maintain the at least one dressing element on a joists. The longitudinal opening 21 is preferably a through hole of cylindrical shape. The axis of revolution of the longitudinal opening 21 extends along the height of the body 20, that is to say in the direction z. By axis of revolution is meant the line passing through the centers of the bases of said opening 21; said opening being preferably cylindrical. The clamping means 10 is preferably made of stainless steel. The clamping means 10 comprises a rod 11, preferably cylindrical, and threaded. The threading is preferably helical. This rod 11 is adapted to cooperate with the body 20 and more precisely with said first longitudinal opening 21 through the body 20. [0011] This rod 11 cooperates at one of its ends with a head 12 of preferentially cylindrical shape. According to a preferred embodiment, the head 12 is integral with the threaded rod 11 in a translation movement of said rod 11. According to another embodiment, the head 12 has a free rotation movement around the threaded rod 11, while maintaining a cooperation with the rod 11 according to a translation movement. The head 12 may then, for example, take the form of a perforated plate or washer for the rotation of said threaded rod 11. The head 12 can be in a square shape, round, oblong, for example. This head 12 is intended to fit into a groove of a first cladding element; said member being secured to be fixed to the upper face of a joists. The upper face 13 of the head 12 is a preferably flat circular face, provided with a housing 15 for receiving, for example, a tool 5 for driving in rotation and translation of the clamping means 10. According to a method of preferred embodiment, the housing 15 is formed of a hexagonal cavity or "torx" type adapted to receive a drive tool 5, for example, a key awl. The body 20 comprises a first face 27 intended to bear on a side of a joists. The body 20 comprises at least one transverse opening 22, 23. The at least one transverse opening extends perpendicularly to the longitudinal opening 21 and from the first face 27 to a second face 28 of the body 20; said second face 28 being opposite the first face 27. Preferably, the body 20 comprises at least one, preferably two transverse openings 22, 23. The transverse openings 22, 23 are each preferably in the form of a hole through cylindrical shape. They extend according to the thickness of the body 20, that is to say in the direction y. In position, the transverse openings 22, 23 extend perpendicularly to the side of the joist; flank on which the body is positioned 20. [0012] The holding means 30, 40 are preferably made of stainless steel. The holding means 30, 40 comprise a rod 31, 41 preferably cylindrical, and threaded. The threading is preferably helical. According to a non-limiting example of the invention, the holding means 30, 40 are screws. According to another embodiment, the holding means 30, 40 are nails. The rods 31, 41 of the holding means 30, 40 are able to cooperate with the body 20 and more specifically with the transverse openings 22, 23 of the body 20. [0013] These rods 31, 41 are provided at one of their ends with a head of preferably cylindrical shape. The upper face of the head of the holding means 31, 41 is a preferably planar circular face. It is preferably provided with a housing 35, 45 for receiving, for example, a tool 5 for driving in rotation and translation of said holding means 30, 40. According to a preferred embodiment, the housing 35, 45 is formed of a hexagonal cavity or "torx" type adapted to receive a drive tool, for example, a key awl. Preferably, the body 20 comprises on a first face, intended to be opposite a flank of the joists 50, at least one attachment means 25 forming a projection. This attachment means 25 forms, for example, an abutment is a relief on the first face 27 of the body 20 advantageously to increase the frictional forces between the body 20 and the latch thereby promoting the maintenance of the body. [0014] Figures 2a and 2b are views of the fixing device, respectively from below and from the rear. These figures illustrate a preferred embodiment of the invention having an asymmetry of the holding means 30, 40 with respect to the axis of revolution of the longitudinal opening 21. In particular, the holding means 30, 40, disposed of preferably on either side of the longitudinal opening 21, are not positioned equidistant from the axis of said longitudinal opening 21. It may be considered a first spacing L separating a first transverse opening 22 cooperating with a first means of maintaining 30 and the axis of the longitudinal opening 21 and a second spacing I between a second transverse opening 23 cooperating with a second holding means 40 and the axis of the longitudinal opening 21. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the difference between the first spacing L and the second spacing I is at least equal to the diameter of the rod 31, 41 of the holding means 30, 40. [0015] According to another embodiment where the device comprises only a holding means 30 or 40 and therefore a transverse opening 22, 23, it is advantageous to offset the positioning of the transverse opening 22, 23 relative to the axis of the clamping means 10 which serves as a spacer, in order to generate an asymmetry making it possible to combine the crossing of the holding means 30, 40 without their abutment when they are positioned on the opposite flanks 51a, 51b of the same portion of jois 50. Figure 3 illustrates a top view of two fasteners 1a, 1b positioned on the flanks of a joists 50. The jamb 50 is preferably wood. The preferred embodiment in which the holding means 30, 40 are asymmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the longitudinal opening 21 advantageously avoids the holding means 30a, 40a of a first fixing device 1a. to abut with the holding means 30b, 40b of a second fixing device 1b; said first and second fastening devices 1a, 1b being each positioned on opposite and parallel flanks of the same joists 50. FIG. 3 makes it possible to visualize the efficiency of the device and especially in the case where the joists 50 are thin. The thickness of the joists 50 is understood by the spacing between two flanks 51 opposite and parallel to said joists 50. According to one embodiment requiring the attachment of a first cladding element 100 and a second element. covering 200 on the flanks 51 of a same joists 50, firstly a step is made to fix a first device 1a on a first flank 51a of the joists 50 followed by a step of fixing a second device 1b on a second flank 51b of the joists 50; the second flank 51b being opposite and parallel to the first flank 51a. In order to maintain the alignment of the first and second covering members 100, 200, before they are fastened on the joist 50 by the fixing devices 1 a, 1 b, it is necessary that the head 12a of the first clamping means 10a of the first fixing device 1a is aligned and in the same axis as the head 12b of the second clamping means 10b of the second fixing device 1b. As illustrated in FIG. 3, the asymmetry of the holding means 30a, 30b, 40a, 40b of the first and second fixing devices 1a, 1b allows an offset between said holding means 30a, 40a of the first fixing device 1a. and said holding means 30b, 40b of the second fastener lb at least equal to the diameter of the rods 31, 41 of the holding means 30a, 30b, 40a, 40b. This asymmetry is particularly advantageous since it makes it possible to avoid any problem of conflicts between holding means 30a, 30b, 40a, 40b located on opposing, opposite and parallel flanks 51a, 51b of the same joists 50. In a particularly advantageous manner , the invention avoids the use of two joists 50 contiguous to fix two ends of trim elements 100, 200. Figure 4 illustrates a three-dimensional view of two fasteners 1a, 1b positioned from and other sidewalls 51a, 51b of a latch 50. Each of the devices 1a, 1b cooperates with a groove 150, 250 of a cladding element 100, 200. The first faces 27 of the bodies 20a, 20b fixing devices 1a, 1b are positioned opposite one of the flanks 51a, 51b of the joists 50. The covering element 100, 200 advantageously comprises a groove 150, 250 at its edge. The groove 150, 250 is formed by an upper zone and a lower zone. The upper zone is sufficiently prominent to cover a portion of the head 12a, 12b of the clamping element 10a, 10b. Advantageously, the upper zone and the lower zone are symmetrical. [0016] To allow effective cooperation between the clamping means 10 and the at least one covering element 100, 200, it is preferred that the thickness of the head 12a, 12b of the clamping means 10a, 10b is substantially equivalent to the width the groove 150, 250, or even preferably lower. The head 12a, 12b of the clamping means 10a, 10b is configured to fit into the groove 150 of a first cladding element 100 and ensure the clamping of said element 100 on the joist 50, preferably a joist or a cleat, during the rotational drive of the clamping means by means of a tool. [0017] According to one embodiment, the groove 150, 250 comprises a cavity whose shape cooperates with the head portion 12a, 12b of a clamping means 10a, 10b. For example, for a head 12a, 12b of the form of a disc, the groove may have the shape of a half-disc, of diameter at least greater than that of the head 12a, 12b. Advantageously, the invention makes it possible to use any type of cladding element, provided with a cavity designed to cooperate with the head 12a, 12b of the device according to the present invention. [0018] The holding means 30b, 40b may, for example, be driven in translation by a tool so as to pass at least partially through the thickness of the joists 50. By thickness is meant the spacing between a first flank 51a of the joists 50 and a second flank 51b of the joists 50, said flanks 51a, 51b preferably facing each other and parallel to one another. Advantageously, the invention allows a better mechanical strength of the fastening device 1a, 1b on the side of the joists 50. According to one embodiment shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of fastening devices 1a, 1b is positioned, 1 c on the same flank 51 of a joists 50. The fastening devices 1 a, 1 c may fix only one covering element 100 or fix two cladding elements 100, 200. Advantageously, a device 1a fixing device according to the present invention, positioned on the flank 51 of the joists 50, can maintain a covering element 100, 200 whose end is positioned at the right of the sidewall 51 of said jib 50. Described below the method of mounting the device according to the invention. According to a preferred embodiment, it is assumed, as represented in FIG. 5, that the joists 50 comprise a plurality of joists 50, positioned parallel and fixed, for example, to the ground. It begins by positioning a fixing device near one end of the joists 50 on one of the flanks 51a, 51b of the joists 50. The operation is repeated on the neighboring joists 50, choosing at least one of flanks 51a, 51b. According to one embodiment, it is possible to choose to position the fixing devices 1a, 1b on two sidewalls 51a, 51b of the same joists 50 so as to increase the fixing forces of the cladding elements 100 or else to abut two cladding elements 100, 200. It is then positioned perpendicularly on the upper face 52 of the sleepers 50, the first cladding element against the clamping means 10, so as to penetrate the head 12 in the groove 150 of the covering element 100. The fixing device I a, 1 b, and in particular the body 20, is held on the side 51a, 51b of the joists 50 by the holding means 30, 40, preferably screws. Preferably, the fixing device 1a, 1b is positioned so that the head 12 of the clamping means 10 cooperates with the groove 150 of the covering element 100. Successively, the user has a first element cladding 100 facing an upper face 52 of the joists 50, said upper face extending perpendicularly to the sidewall 51 of said joists 50. The user has the first cladding element 100 so that a portion the head 12 of the clamping element 10 is inserted into the groove 150 of the first covering element 100. The rod 11 of the clamping element 10 advantageously serves as a stop for said first clamping element 10. Optionally, it positions a second cladding element 200 so that another portion of the head 12 of the clamping element 10 is inserted into the groove 250 of said second cladding element 200. As before, the second cladding element 200 11age 200 advantageously abuts the right of the rod 11 of the clamping means 10. According to this preferred configuration mode where a first and a second covering element 100, 200 are positioned on either side of the same means of 10, the rod 11 serves as an abutment to said covering elements 100, 200. Particularly advantageously, the rod 11 allows to create a spacing E between the two covering elements 100, 200. Advantageously, this spacing E is at less than the diameter of the rod 11 of the clamping means 10. [0019] The spacing E between the covering elements 100, 200 is preferably of reduced size of the order of three to seven millimeters. This spacing E is necessary to be able to pass a tool intended to actuate the clamping means 10. Advantageously, this spacing E between two covering elements 100, 200 does not have to be of greater width than the section of the means. 10 and in particular the diameter of the head 12 of said clamping means 10. However, it is preferred that the housing 15 of the clamping means 10 is of smaller section than that of the head 12 of said clamping means 10 so as to be accessible at the spacing E between the covering elements 100, 200. When the fixing device is disposed between two covering elements 100, 200, it is preferred that the head 12 of the clamping means 10 is arranged at view of the spacing E so that the housing 15 of the clamping means 10 is accessible through the spacing. [0020] Advantageously, the small thickness of the head 12 of the clamping means 10 facilitates the introduction of said head 12 into the groove 150, 250 of the covering elements 100, 200. When a part of the head 12 of a component of 10 is inserted into the groove 150 of a first cladding element 100, it is possible to position a second cladding element 200 parallel to the first cladding element 100 until a portion of the head 12 said clamping means 10 is inserted into the groove 250 of said second covering element 200. Once the covering elements 100, 200 positioned adjacent so as to maintain a spacing E advantageously at least equal to the diameter of the rod 11 of the clamping means 10, the user can then block said cladding elements 100, 200 by screwing the clamping means 10 through the spacing E formed between the cladding elements 100, 200. The clamping means 10 so is in rotation with the aid of a tool (for example an awl key), introduced into the housing 14, preferably hexagonal or "torx" type, of the upper face of the head 12. The screwing is carried out until the first and second cladding elements 100, 200 are held on the upper face 52 of the joists 50. [0021] The user repeats the previously described steps as many times as necessary to achieve the entire surface to be covered by the covering elements 100, 200. [0022] Particularly advantageously, the removal of a covering member 100, 200 does not require the withdrawal of the clamping means 10, or that of the fixing device 1. In fact, it suffices to loosen the clamping means 10 so that to release the dressing element 100, 200 concerned. [0023] According to a preferred but non-limiting embodiment of the invention, at least two fixing devices 1a, 1b are used on one and the same flank 51 of a joiststrip so as to ensure better maintenance of the cladding element. 100, 200 on the upper face 52 of the joists 50. This improves the maintenance of the covering elements 100, 200 especially when these elements have different lengths. Several fastening devices 1 a, 1 b are thus used to fix the covering elements 100, 200 over their entire length on the upper face 52 of the joists 50. On the other hand, the fastening device 1 according to the invention advantageously allows to tighten without dimensional limit the covering elements 100, 200, often subject to tangential shrinkage. By tangential shrinkage is meant a shrinkage of the covering element 100, 200 in the longitudinal direction. In a particularly advantageous manner, such a narrowing will have no impact and can be easily corrected by means of the clamping means 10 of the fixing device 1 which, with respect to the known fastening devices, is offset from the end of the element. dressing. In fact, with the known fastening devices, if the covering element shrinks, for example under the effect of a temperature variation and / or if it is made of wood, the fastening device according to the art prior art may no longer be engaged with this trim element. This risk is considerably reduced with the fixing device according to the invention. The frictional forces between the clamping means 10 and the covering element 100, 200 are large enough not to create a gap between the fixing device 1 and the covering elements 100, 200. To increase the punching and to promote the anchoring of the cladding element 100, 200, the clamping means 100, 200 advantageously comprises on the underside of the head 12, a relief increasing the friction. This relief is for example formed of grooves and / or stops. Thus, when the clamping means is rotated, the head 12 of said clamping means 10 exerts a pressing force on the lower zone of the groove 150, 250 blocking the covering element 100, 200 on the joists 50 . [0024] According to a preferred embodiment, two cladding elements 100, 200 supported by a single joister 50 are provided and advantageously only one fastening device 1 is positioned for the maintenance of the two lining elements 100, 200 arranged on both sides of the tongue 50. In this example of non-limiting representation of the invention, the fixing device 1 can be positioned at the end of the joists 50. The present invention is not limited to the modes embodiment described above but extends to any embodiment covered by the claims. The fastening device according to the present invention may also be used to maintain trim elements for vertical wall-type positioning. The pre-assembly of all the elements (body, clamping means, holding means) forming the fixing device facilitates the installation of such a coating.
